YOUR THERAPIST | Stepping Stones PT

KIRSTIN OCHS is the owner of Stepping Stones Physical Therapy. She attended Carroll College here in Helena for her undergraduate degree and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Sciences, College of Medicine in Rochester, MN in 2009. After moving around to a variety of different locations with her husband's military career, she and her husband settled in Helena to raise their family.

Kirstin has worked in a variety of settings including home health care for children and adults, inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient neurological rehab.

When not at the clinic, you can find her running around with her husband and 3 kids, working on house projects; or spending time in her flower garden and enjoying the beautiful Montana outdoors.

Kirstin has always had a passion for pediatric rehabilitation. She has joined with Charla Banks, OTR and owner of Roots Rehab, and Emily Woodward, M.S., CCC-SLP and owner of First Words Speech & Language Clinic, to create a joint space to provide all three services for children in need.
